4. Orders and Payments

  • All services must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept secure payments through the PayHere payment gateway, which includes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, mobile wallets (eZ Cash, mCash), internet banking, and local bank transfers.
  • All payments must be made by the authorized owner of the payment method used. Third-party or unauthorized payments are not permitted and may result in cancellation of service.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Website Design & Development

  • Projects are scoped based on client requirements. Additional features may incur extra costs.
  • The client must provide all necessary content, including images, videos, and copy.
  • Minor revisions are included post-launch; major changes may be charged separately.
  • A deposit may be required to start development. Remaining balance is due upon completion.

6. SMM (Social Media Marketing) Services

  • Services include boosting followers, likes, views, and more, depending on the selected package.
  • All promotions are conducted ethically. We are not liable for account bans by social platforms.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, which may vary based on the client’s account and niche.
  • Once a service is started, it is non-refundable. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

As we offer digital services, there are no physical shipments. Delivery timelines will be communicated via email or support channels.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website is the intellectual property of Rebelikes or its licensors.
  • No content may be reused or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Rebelikes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • We do not make warranties beyond what is outlined in our documentation or agreements.
